Serf
Daily Log:     The weather was overcast and not nearly as cold as earlier in the week, so I don’t know why Howard and Peter were complaining about finishing the hand rail and porch on 1014.  Willie and I had the real tough job of finishing up the kitchen cabinets in 1014.

Being the last weekend to shop and travel before Christmas and all, we closed up shortly after noon.

Action/Follow-Up Items:   Rob: Jeff Vincent, range hoods, kitchen faucets, HPN

Next Days/Week Plan:
What eager beavers can do!
Monday: Kitchen counters installed, finish screwing down deck boards, railings on 1014A stairs and porch.
Tuesday: Continue with above. Toe-kicks, handrails, trim.
Wednesday: Plumbers?
Thursday:  Roofers and Siding?
Christmas Eve: Depends on volunteer availability.

Volunteer Requirements:
Eager Beavers on Monday.  Need trim/detail expert.

Materials/Tools:  weather strip for attic hatches, handrail and brackets, closet rods, range hoods.
Eager beavers on the fly.

The original plan was to tooth in the old shingles with the new but it turns out that the old shingles were crumbling as the roofers tried to do so so these shingles will serve as a temporary solution until we can replace the entire roof next year. My wallet needs a break.roofing
